This place has literally changed my life and my mindset. I’ve been going now for almost two years and have loved every minute of it. Kelly and the instructors are so welcoming and all the members are the friendliest people that no lesson was ever intimidating. It’s changed my confidence completely, my body confidence and my attitude towards exercise. Some people dread going to a gym but I crave these lessons. They’re exactly what I want if I’m having a stressful day. Thank you so much to everybody for making it such a passion of mine.
